Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Orders place on orneliakane.ca will be processed and shipped within 5 business days from our central warehouse in Calgary, Canada. Please note, we may experience longer delays during holiday seasons and will notify you accordingly. Since we do not ship to a PO BOX and we will not process orders shipped to a PO Box.
We currently ship by ground courier to all provinces in Canada. Ornelia Kane Skin Care takes no responsibility for any losses, damages or delays that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification, we ship products without insurance. Please note that transporters often do not heat their trucks in winter, nor refrigerate them in summer. This will not harm the integrity of the product. Simply leave the product at room temperature for 24 hours before opening.
Additional Charges
If you call the carrier to re-direct your parcel to another address, or if your address is input incorrectly or missing information, and requires the carrier to update the information, a charge of $20 will be billed to the customer.

Standard Domestic Shipping within Canada:5-10 business days. FREE shipping for orders in the amount of $75.00 or more before tax. For orders, less than $75.00 is 15$.

International Duties & Taxes
Shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes. Customs fees, VAT (value added tax) and sales tax, are additional fees charged by local authorities. They vary from country to country and must be paid by the customer prior to the reception of the goods. Please contact your local customs authority for more information prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, Ornelia Kane Skin Care is not responsible for delays incurred due to international issues nor any additional fees or taxes your country may require.
In the event that your products are undeliverable, Ornelia Kane Skin Care will refund the total value of the products your products, excluding shipping and handling fees.

Please note that your shipping cost is calculated online with integrated shipping modules, using annual negotiated discounted rates. These online shipping quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges, but if this occurs, you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.
Stock Availability
In the event that we experience that items on a customer order are out-of-stock, we will notify you and cancel your order. A refund will be issued to the customer by the original method of payment. Out-of-stock items are NOT automatically shipped later when the stock is replenished and must be reordered at that time. Regular ordering policies will apply.
Payment Methods
All orders must be paid in full prior to processing, handling and shipping. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB. For Direct Bank Transfer, E-mail Transfer and Wire Transfer please contact us at info@orneliakane.ca. We do not accept prepaid credit cards.
Note: Wire Transfers must be made WITHOUT COST TO THE BENEFICIARY.
For Direct Deposit Payments, customers are encouraged to fax us a copy of the confirmation of payment to (905) 362-1926.
All credit card orders with a subtotal of $500.00 or more, or having a different bill-to and ship-to address, will require an authorization form to be filled out, signed and returned by the cardholder. We accept credit card for payments up to $5,000.00. Orders over $5,000.00 must be paid by Wire Transfer, Certified Cheque, Direct Deposit or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only.
Taxes
As a Canadian company, all our products are subjected to Canadian taxes. We are obligated by the Canadian Government to collect sales tax on goods and services 5% GST.
Ornelia Kane Newsletter Subscription Discount
Save $10 on your next order when you spend $55 or more (excluding shipping charges in a single order. Your Code needs to be entered at the checkout. The code can only be used by the enrolled subscriber attached to the registered email address. One use per registered customer only. Code is valid for 30 days from receiving this email and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
Liability of Ornelia Kane Skin Care
Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Ornelia Kane Skin Care will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return / Exchange Policy for Un-Opened and Intact Product
At Ornelia Kane Skin Care, we proudly supply our customers with high-quality products. Purchases made at orneliakane.ca, may be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting return@orneliakane.ca. We will provide you with a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Products can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a refund on the cost of goods (less shipping charges and applicable restocking fee) if returned intact. Similarly, all returns must be received by us within 15 business days to qualify for a refund.
Please note that all sample products and products on sale or liquidation are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
To report defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately at return@orneliakane.cawith detailed note and a picture of the product not later than 7 days after delivery. Please provide us also with the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
