Shipping charges are calculated using a sophisticated software program that calculates the shipping costs on your order. Actual shipping charges are derived using a Canada Post shipping matrix that factors actual weight, or dimensional weight (Length x Width x Height). We do not charge any handling fees. Charges can be seen on-line before you finalize your order. There are no surprises!

ll orders are processed at our Central Warehouse in Calgary, Canada.

Once an order has been confirmed, you have 24 hrs to make any changes. Should you wish to have any item removed or added to the order pass 24hrs, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of removing the item(s) and repacking the order. The fee will be $10.00 or 20% of the cost of the items removed, whichever is the greater amount. Any additions will be treated as a new order with all applicable guidelines. Please ensure that all orders are accurate prior to finalizing.

Payments are taken from credit cards as soon as an order is processed.
