Typographical Errors 

In the event that an OK product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. OK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, OK shall issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

The Customer assumes responsibility for any missed discounts, for any reason, due to price changes that may occur irrespective of the time duration. 

OK shall not be liable for any technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or graphical distortions of the products listed and technical and regulatory documents posted. Changes are periodically added to the information herein; these changes will be incorporated in new editions of the website. OK may make improvements and/or changes in the information, graphic(s), products(s) and/or program(s) described or displayed on this website at any time.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
